CuNiFe Magnet Development

CircleNet's CuNiFe (Copper-Nickel-Iron) Magnet Development

Our Cu60-Ni20-Fe20 permanent alloy contains approximately 20 percent of Iron, 20 percent of Nickel and 60 percent of Copper.

It is extremely anisotropic, with magnetic properties in the direction of cold rolling and working. It can be swayed, drawn, rolled, machined and punched. The mechanical softness in CuNiFe permits easy cold reduction and working, thus leading to many applications in the form of wire and tape.

The Cu60-Ni20-Fe20 permanent alloy has the magnetic properties with:

Hc: 500-600Oe and Br: 4500-5000Gs

Other CuNiFe magnets are available per customer's individual requirements.

China produced 248,000 tones of magnetic materials in the year 2000. The country produced 6,600 tones of sintered NdFeB (neodymium-iron-boron) magnetic materials in the year, accounting for 40.2 per cent of global production. China's strong domestic permanent-magnetic material demand is expected to boost the performances of related listed companies.

Shenzhen-listed Beijing Zhongke Sanhuan High-Tech Co Ltd and Shanghai-listed Ningbo Yunsheng (Group) Co are two NdFeB magnetic materials manufacturers in China.

Licensed NdFeB magnets

One of our holder (of BaoTou factory), YunSheng signed agreement with Sumitomo on March 5, 2001 to buy the license of sintered NdFeB magnets.

Now we can supply the licensed NdFeB magnets to any country, except Japan.
